We ship via UPS Ground service within the continental US unless otherwise specified. Alaska and Hawaii ship via U.S. Priority Mail or UPS. Orders placed by current customers are usually shipped within 2 - 4 days. During peak show season (Jan./Feb. and July/Aug.) it may take up to 2 weeks for regular customers, unless rush service is requested. The shipping fulfillment rate is excellent at 90 - 100%, far above the industry average. Customers & Market Area Typical customers are independently owned better card & gift stores, specialty stores, candle stores, nature stores, western stores, decorative accessory stores, furniture stores, department stores, mail order catalogs and on-line stores. Regal currently services over 7,000 active customers in the U.S. and Canada. Our main distribution is within the continental United States, with some accounts in the Caribbean, Mexico and South America. Canada is serviced through a national Canadian Distributor.

	Custom Design - O.E.M. Anyone can order a custom design or have our existing designs modified to suit their particular needs.
