Can I just order one product for myself if I'm not a retailer?
We are a Wholesale Distributor and only sell to licensed Retailers and Sales Reps.

What is the minimum opening order amount?  What is the amount for reorders?
Our minimum opening order on a new account or an account that has not ordered in two or more years is $500.00 per delivery destination.  Our reorder amounts are $250.00 per delivery destination. If an order does not meet the minimums, additional fees will be accrued along with no freight cap benefits.

How do I log on the website and set up an account?
Click on the LOGIN OR REGISTER button on the top right hand side of our website.

If I order online do I have to use a credit card?
New accounts must use a credit card for their first order.  Once credit has been established you can pay with your normal credit terms and will not be required to provide credit card information. If paying with a new Credit Card, you will be contacted by Customer Service for your information. You will not enter your credit card information into the website.

If I order online does my sales representative still get credit?
Yes.  To ensure your sales representative gets credit, please choose Yes for the question Are you working with a Regal Sales Rep? and note their name on your order in the Name of the Rep box during your Checkout.

How long after I order will my product ship?
For in stock items, Customers using credit cards or with established credit, most of our orders ship within 48 - 72 business hours.  For new accounts applying for terms, orders may take slightly longer.  

If there are any items that are on my order that are not in stock will you automatically backorder these items or are they canceled?
Unfortunately from time to time, we may have a product that may not be available to ship at the time of the original order.  If the amount of these items exceed $100.00 we will automatically backorder them unless we have been instructed not to.  If the order totals are less than $100.00 the items are canceled.

What items are included in my assortment?
Each assortment has a variety of items included in it.  Please check the website or our current catalog for the specific items that are included in the assortment you are interested in ordering. 

What is the average freight cost of an order?
Regal understands freight costs can be high, so to help, we cap our freight at 15% (only when you reach our order minimums) in the continental US.  To figure the estimated freight, take the total amount of the order prior to any discounts and times it by 15%. Your estimated freight will never be higher than that as long as you order above our minimums.

Will you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the US.  If you want to ship to another Country, you can work with a freight forwarder. For Canada, please refer to Kalyn Imports, LTD

Can I request a return/claim online?
We want you to be happy with your order but sometimes situations arise where a return is necessary. You can submit a return/claim request online via email within 10 days of receipt of your order. You can submit your request by filling out this claims form and sending (along with photo evidence) to our Claims Department at claims@regalgift.com. You should hear back from them no later than 2-3 business days.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a return authorization number. All returns and refusals will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges. All returns must be in the original packaging with no retail price stickers on them. Final credit amount is contingent upon the condition of goods when received.

When submitting your claim, please remember, Regal Art & Gift merchandise is hand-crafted and there will naturally be some variations in color, texture and finish as well as some slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.

If you purchased an item from one of our retailers, you must contact that retailer for any returns or claims you might need. We will not accept returns or provide exchanges for products bought from our retailers.

I forgot my password! How do I reset it?
Click on LOGIN OR REGISTER on our website. At the bottom of the left hand column, click on "Forgot Your Password?" Type in your email you use for your Regal account and click on Reset My Password. If you don't receive an email in a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folders. If you still don't get one, email marketing@regalgift.com and we will reset it for you!

How do I change my email address or password?
Click on your name in the top right corner of any page on our website. Then click on Account Details. Under the Contact Information section, you'll see options for "Edit" or "Change Password" - click on the one you want to change. You'll always need your current password in order to make changes to your Account. 

Where do I enter my Credit Card number to pay?
If setting up a new Credit Card for payment, you will be contacted by Customer Service for your information. You will not enter your credit card information into the website. 

Are there images I can use on my Social Media or website?
